Aligning the New Urban Agenda - 2030 Agenda Implementation – Smart City Tools for Multi-level Governments and Partners

Since the adoption of the 2030 Agenda in 2015, the United Nations has developed a number of tools and guidance to help country offices to support Governments and municipalities in the localization and implementation of the SDGs. Some of the tools and technology applications will provide concrete instruments to support Governments to design smart cities and urban development projects.

Session 1: EverComm Singapore – Provide energy audit process to determine areas of opportunity and define energy profile; provide data collector wireless power meter, airflow exhaust meters; apply data driven approach to identify areas of saving opportunity and validate measurable saving results; follow up with action plans and achieve measurable results.

Session 2: Huawei - Using technology to address urban challenges and improve urban connectivity and safety. Huawei will demonstrate certain technological approaches to support cities’ digital transformation; with private and public sector together, we jointly take the digital journey.
