Xu Lin

Xu Lin is Director General of the China Center for Urban Development. Previously he worked as Director General of the Fiscal and Financial Affairs Department and then as Director General of the Development Planning Department of the National Development and Reform Commission. Mr. Xu engaged in formulating the series of China’s five-year social and economic development plans (regional development plans, China’s urbanisation plan) and national industrial policies.
