Neal Rackleff

Neal Rackleff is an American lawyer who currently serves as Assistant Secretary in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to assuming this role, he was a partner at a law firm, where he focused on economic development, affordable housing, and inner-city revitalization. Rackleff previously served as director of the City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department, where he oversaw the city's community development projects, strategic planning for affordable housing, and neighbourhood revitalizations.
