GrEEEn City Action Plans (GCAP): Relevance and Success in Melaka city, Malaysia

Summary

The side event will consist of short presentations on the relevance of the GCAP to emerging on-ground situations and the GCAP process already successfully applied within the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand growth triangle (IMT-GT) and the BIMP-EAGA region. These presentations will come from speakers from Melaka City, ICLEI, partner development organizations, and other Cities such as Batam, Medan and Songkhla. This will be followed by a moderated panel discussion with targeted questions for the same set of speakers. The session will culminate in an open forum with questions and feedback from the audience.
